Generative AI Restriction: AI tools may only be used for minor text polish or translation assistance. AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors under any circumstances. If AI assists substantially beyond basic editing, a complete disclosure statement must be filed in the cover letter.
When a revision is requested, authors must meticulously address each reviewer comment and supply a highly structured, point-by-point compliance response report detailing the explicit changes made. Revised arrays are subject to secondary evaluation loops before final processing.
Following formal acceptance, files enter production for copyediting, styling mapping, and final metadata binding. Corresponding authors evaluate structural page galley proofs for immediate validation review. Major changes to findings or data content cannot be executed at this proof stage.
By submitting a manuscript packet, authors systematically certify that they hold absolute ownership, follow ethical parameters, have obtained copyright authorizations for third-party images, and agree to the journal’s double-blind operational mandates.
